On a shared line, a binding ties one contact to the number that serves them. The first message to the contact creates it. The binding.* family has one event type, which announces that a binding ended. This page says when it is sent, lists the fields of data, and shows a full event. See Shared lines for how a shared line works. No event announces that a binding is created: the first message.queued or message.scheduled to a new contact is the signal.

binding.released

Sent when the binding between a shared line and one contact ends.
Personal data: contact_handle. outbound_number is a number of iSnap. Do not copy contact_handle into logs, tickets or other tools. Refer to a contact by an id of your own.
